I have been practicing Massage Therapy since 2011. I specialize in deep tissue massage. Other specializations include: Thai massage, abdominal myofascial release and trigger point therapy. I strive to provide a quiet massage environment.

My office is centrally located downtown Port Arthur with free parking.

In my spare time I am spending time with my family and staying active by running, enjoying the outdoors and travelling. In 2018, I completed my 200 hour yoga training with a focus on a trauma sensitive approach to yoga.
